Responsibilities
- Assist our real estate agents in coordinating and conducting property showings for potential buyers
- Accompany clients to property showings, providing them with relevant information and answering any questions they may have.
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ personal criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Genuine enthusiasm for real estate and a strong desire to pursue a successful career in the industry.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new processes, tools, and industry advancements.
- Proficient in utilizing technology and software tools commonly used in real estate, such as MLS platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- High school graduate
- Valid WA real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)
