The Centre focuses on improving equality and inclusion in workplaces across Australia and globally. Key responsibilities

You will support research projects from start to finish, working closely with Chief Investigators and Research Leads to deliver funded projects focused on gender equality in workplaces and the broader economy.

Your key responsibilities will be to:support CIs, research leads and researchers in planning and delivering research projects: providing responsive and proactive research support by responding to requests for assistance and contributing to the successful delivery of researchcoordinate research activities, milestones and project administration, maintaining accurate project information and records using the Centre's project management systems including Asanaidentify and escalate project risks early — including potential delays, workload pressures and resourcing gaps — and work with Centre leaders to develop solutionsengage with research partners, funders, collaborators and advisory groups to support project delivery, organise meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and maintain the Centre's stakeholder register and contact databaseensure all work meets ethics, safety, governance and compliance requirements, assist with project budgets and costings using the Centre's costing tool, and contribute to project reporting and research translation activities.

About youA bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and experience working in a research environment.

Experience supporting research projects, including working with grants, contracts or research systems.

Experience contributing to research outputs such as reports, slidepacks or publications.

Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across academia, industry and other organisations.

Strong and pro-active problem-solving capability and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
