Restaurant Manager

We are a well-established Indian restaurant in Washington seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including managing staff ensuring high-quality food and service and maintaining a positive customer experience

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Hire train and supervise staff members
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
• Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles

Salary $1500month negotiable based on experience

Location Washington DC USA must be willing to relocate if not already based in the area
