We are looking for a shift leader to help run our restaurant operations. This role involves leading the team, ensuring high quality service, and managing day‑to‑day operations.

You will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring customers receive excellent service and store performance meets company standards. You will be responsible for cost control, inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, training, and hiring.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Apply all company policies and procedures consistently.
• Manage inventory, costs, and cash control.
• Create schedules and manage staffing.
• Order product and maintain inventory.
• Train new team members and hire staff.
• Participate in profit share bonus program based on cost control.

• Minimum age 18.
• Preferred one year of restaurant management experience.
