Executive Chef - Egyptian Cuisine (Washington, USA)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Egyptian cuisine to join our team in Washington USA As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of traditional and modern Egyptian dishes that showcase the rich flavors and ingredients of this unique cuisine

• Develop innovative menus that feature authentic Egyptian dishes while also incorporating modern techniques and ingredients
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation cooking and plating
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes
• Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies for menu items
• Create special menus for events or catering services

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Egyptian cuisine
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Egyptian recipes ingredients and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with staff management and customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
• Must have a valid work permit or be eligible to work in the USA

We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position
