Maintains quality and production standards on all menu items;
Monitors portion control and serving temperatures of products;
Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and displays; operates large-volume equipment (grills, deep-fat fryers, ovens); ensures cleanliness of work areas and equipment; sweeps/mops floors at shift end
