Waiter​/Waitress in Washington, D.C.

We are seeking an experienced and customer service-oriented Waiter or Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Washington DC This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Greet customers and take their orders accurately
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness of dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Upsell menu items to increase revenue
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter waitress
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be authorized to work in the US

$1000 per month plus tips
