Indian Chef in Washington

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Washington As our Indian Chef you will be responsible for preparing traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation Your creativity and passion for authentic Indian cuisine will play a crucial role in attracting and satisfying our diverse clientele

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef
• In-depth knowledge of Indian spices cooking techniques and traditional dishes
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary restrictions

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes using traditional methods
• Develop new recipes and menu items that cater to different tastes and dietary needs
• Oversee food preparation portion sizes and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
• Train other kitchen staff on proper techniques for preparing Indian dishes
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Comply with all food safety regulations

Salary The salary for this position is $1100 per week
