Indian Chef in Washington

A renowned Indian restaurant in Washington is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team As our Chef you will be responsible for creating and executing traditional Indian cuisine dishes for our customers

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure the quality and consistency of dishes
• Plan menus and create new dishes to keep our menu offerings fresh
• Monitor food inventory order supplies and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine spices and cooking techniques
• Ability to create new and exciting dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

• Diploma or degree in culinary arts or equivalent training
• Certification in food safety and sanitation
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English

Salary $1800 per month
