Experienced Barista

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Washington As a Barista your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to our customers You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the caf taking orders and handling cash transactions

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Knowledge of different brewing methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of caf equipment utensils and work areas
• Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers answering questions about menu items and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed while preparing beverages
• Restock supplies as needed
• Handle opening or closing duties such as setting up or breaking down equipment cleaning tables etc

No formal education is required for this position However a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month

This position is located in Washington and is open for both Canadian nationals and local residents with legal authorization to work in the United States

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours The barista must be available to work weekdays weekends early mornings evenings and holidays as needed

As a part-time employee you will not receive benefits such as health insurance or paid time off However you will have the opportunity for advancement within our company based on your performance and availability

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista Knowledge of different brewing methods and excellent customer service skills are also required
