About the Role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service.
As a Merchandiser, you will maximize product inventory, process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
You will deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, informing them about products and services, and participating in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs; maintain safety and cleanliness standards; ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment; complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned; load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner following company policies, procedures, and traffic and safety laws.
In a seasonal posting, the position may be short term, no longer than six months, with the option to apply for a non‑seasonal role.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in retail (preferred); 1+ year in a retail setting (preferred)
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and customer focus
Must be 21 years of age or older. Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day. Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets. Climb ladders and lift 50 lb. overhead repeatedly. May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions.
CompensationPay Range: $17.23 – $24.12 per hour.
