Overview

At DICK’S Sporting Goods, we believe in how positively sports can change lives. The store associate (Teammate – Off Field Operations) helps maintain a ready, organized floor and supports the store’s performance.

• Greet teammates and athletes and provide excellent customer service.
• Support store success by executing inventory, fulfillment, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards (floor sets, signage, pricing, inventory presentation).
• Promote company programs (loyalty program, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including federal ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
