Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world‑class athlete experience while providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject‑matter expert of their area of the store, focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serves as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private‑label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Creates a store environment where everyone, both teammates and athletes, are always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and to laws/guidelines of external governing entities.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1‑3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred

Targeted pay range: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
