Account Executive, TPO

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships to sell NonQM and correspondent mortgage loan products.
• Calls on potential or existing brokers/sellers to generate new business and retain existing business.
• Advises brokers/sellers on Company programs, pricing, and submission policies and procedures.
• Assists brokers/sellers in the loan submission process and trains them on online systems, automated underwriting, rate sheets, and loan lock procedures.
• Acts as liaison with broker, internal broker coordinator, processor, underwriter, and closing teams to ensure timely loan closings.
• Ensures compliance deadlines are met regarding pre‑disclosures, approval letters, and denial notices.
• Maintains and updates contacts in the CRM system and manages loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals.
• Provides high level of customer service to brokers/sellers throughout the loan process.

• Demonstrated sales performance with a concentration on developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships.
• Proven ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Experience selling NonQM mortgage products and knowledge of purchase transactions.
• 1–5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive with multiple brokers, investors, and loan products preferred.
