Inside Sales Representative – 4N0001

As an Inside Sales Rep you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at your branch, recommending solutions to customers, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services based on their needs. The role is ideal for an ambitious professional who can build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service while multi‑tasking and driving sales and branch growth.

• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk‑in and call‑in customers.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies in accordance with pricing policies.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery.
• Generate leads for new business and communicate leads with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Warm‑call lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, sufficiently stocked with merchandise.
• Educate customers about proper equipment use.
• Assist customers with the loading and unloading of equipment.
• Coordinate with all inside and outside branch employees to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Run reports necessary to monitor equipment and facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of fluid solutions, trench safety, or HVAC products is preferred for specialty branches.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel) and ERP systems.
• Engineering aptitude for sizing, quoting, installing, and maintaining large equipment projects.
