Sales Representative
A Large Blueberry Nursery is on the lookout for a dedicated Grower Support Representative to foster strong relationships with growers. This role involves regular travel to meet with customers, providing hands‑on support and technical advice.
Grower Support Representative Responsibilities- Frequent travel to meet with commercial growers, including some overnight stays.
- Provide expert technical support through on-site evaluations and tailored recommendations for growers.
- Execute sales strategies effectively to assist commercial customers in selecting the right products.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using company CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Crop Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of experience in technical support, sales, or customer service within the agricultural sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel into Canada.
- Comprehensive training on crop varieties.
