Sales Representative, B2B Sales
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.
In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 – 999 employees.
At ADP, you will manage complete sales cycles, sell a suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. You will also document and manage multiple sales cycles through implementation until the new business is up and running on the solutions you sell.
Responsibilities- Sell human resources technology and drive new business opportunities within the designated geographic territory.
- Manage complete sales cycles, from prospecting to closing and post‑implementation.
- Engage executives and decision‑makers to discuss HCM initiatives and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Forecast and report on sales pipeline accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions and maintain customer relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, representing ADP and supporting clients with the highest ethical standards.

- College degree is a plus but not required.
- Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
- Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform or software sales.
- Military experience is also welcomed, especially skills in teamwork, resilience and negotiation.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
- Base salary range $53,100 – $115,000 per year in Washington.
