Associate Branded Products PNW Territory Manager; Golf & Landscape

Role Overview

The Branded Products Associate Territory Manager (Golf & Landscape) partners closely with Territory Managers, field sales teams, sales management and strategic marketing to promote product positioning, deliver agronomic insights, and assist in executing sales and business plans. The Associate Territory Manager plays a key role in supporting customer engagement, validating product performance, and helping drive demand through technical and sales support activities.

• Support Territory Managers, sales management, and field sales teams in driving demand for Branded Products in Pro Markets (Golf & Landscape).
• Assist in promoting research data and product positioning to sales teams, dealers, and end users to demonstrate product value (yield improvement, cost savings, quality enhancement).
• Participate in and help facilitate internal sales meetings and customer presentations.
• Assist with local product validation efforts to confirm performance.
• Provide support in pricing, forecasting, and business planning activities in alignment with regional objectives.
• Help maintain and communicate product updates, positioning, and sales support materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales, operations, and marketing to support territory success.
• Build foundational knowledge of internal systems related to pricing, forecasting, and business planning.

• 3+ years of experience in golf, landscape, agronomy, or direct sales in the industry.
• Foundational agronomic knowledge, with interest in plant protection inputs and nutrition programs.
• Exposure to field scouting and making agronomic recommendations preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to work effectively with sales teams and customers.
• Ability to build relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders and field personnel.
• Desire to learn territory management, forecasting, pricing, and product strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Passion for the Golf, Landscape, Nursery & Greenhouse business.
• Motivated to grow into a Territory Manager role, Pro Markets sales or management role and take on increasing responsibility.
• Comfortable supporting customer‑facing activities and presenting to small or large groups.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and enjoy working cross‑functionally.

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100,400 – $140,550. Salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
