Overview
Seeking a versatile, passionate Territory Manager to drive sales and build relationships in the Seattle, WA market for Athletic Brewing’s non‑alcoholic craft beer line.
Responsibilities- Represent Athletic Brewing's values and mission in the territory.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with distributors, key retail buyers, and other brand partners.
- Conduct sales launch presentations, work‑withs, events, and samplings at key accounts.
- Drive a personal vehicle throughout the market 5 days per week to visit accounts and increase business.
- Minimum 36 hours of trade time per week at accounts or events.
- Log at least 450 VIP KARMA Survey account interactions at retail (e.g., grocery stores, convenience, drug, bars, restaurants).
- Complete and log all VIP KARMA surveys with photos for each visit.
- Perform 6 sampling events every 90 days.
- Complete Standard Survey and Commitment Tracker for all surveyed accounts.
- Recap visits weekly to distributors with actionable items to add items or displays.
- Perform samplings, activations, and attend events to drive sales volume and distribution.
- Identify new retail opportunities, both traditional and non‑traditional, on a regular basis.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

- Physical ability to deliver beer and set up at festivals, lift, climb stairs, and clean.
- Frequent and unrestricted travel around the territory.

- Curiosity for improving systems and processes.
- Positive impact orientation toward customers.
- Passionate interest in the brewing industry and community.
- Willingness to live in or relocate to the Seattle, WA area.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
- 4‑year college degree.
- Beverage/restaurant industry experience valued.
- Cicerone Level1 completion valued.
- Strong market selling skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Location:
Must reside within reasonable commutable distance from Seattle, WA. - Base Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
- Bonus:
Eligible for annual sales bonus up to 10% of base pay and quarterly PFP bonus of up to $10,000 annually. - Vehicle:
Essential driving function with eligibility to participate in vehicle reimbursement program.
