Fuel Sales and Delivery Specialist

AGRILAND FS is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual to deliver fuel and grow the territory through sales around the Washington/Burlington area. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will receive in-house paid CDL training, be home every night, and take pride in knowing their customers always receive quality service in a timely manner.

• Communicate regularly with customers and prospects to market liquid fuel and lubricants
• Operate a straight truck (Tank Wagon) to safety and efficiently deliver fuel and other petroleum products
• Build relationships with prospective accounts
• Collect payments and administer credit
• Complete all required paperwork and responsible for tracking fuel inventory
• Collaborate with facility team to build unity and help accomplish company goals

• Minimum of a Class B CDL with Airbrake endorsements
• Ability to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements
• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to demonstrate independence and business development skills
• Over 21 years of age
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
• Strong work ethic and stable employment
• Demonstrates the ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Strong mechanical aptitude with good math and problem solving skills
