Sales Support Representative - Residential Trade

Sales Support Representative – starting at $22.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.

Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Work with sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC required.
• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented, capable of building relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay range: $22.45 - $35.89 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
