The Sales Consultant role at ZAG Motors is a full-time, on-site position based in Everett, WA. In this role, the Sales Consultant will greet and assist customers, understand their vehicle needs and preferences, and guide them through the selection and test-drive process. The individual will explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options, while ensuring transparent and supportive communication throughout the sales process.
Daily responsibilities include following up with prospective and existing customers, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and collaborating with the finance and management teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant is expected to contribute to a positive showroom environment and uphold ZAG Motors’ standards of service and professionalism.
- Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, long-term relationships, and repeat business.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional interpersonal interactions.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by dealership operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in sales or business is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
