We’re an award-winning, local insurance agency in Everett, WA looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Producer to join our fully licensed team. If you have sales experience and you’re ready to grow with a high-performing agency, we’d love to hear from you.

• Hourly wage up to $30/hour
• Uncapped commission (earn what you perform)

• Sales experience required
• Must be currently licensed (or obtain within 90 days of initial hire date)
• Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
