Qualifications:
- Advanced or technical degree and expert product knowledge of aerospace fasteners (5+ years)
- Passion for sales and cultivating excellent client relationships
- Proven track record managing large OEM or Tier 1 accounts
- Current relationships with aerospace customers
- Self-motivated, collaborative work style, and excited to take on new challenges
- Exceptional communication skills and a lifelong learner
