Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in our Washington office Your main objective will be to drive sales and increase revenue for our company through effective leadership strategic planning and strong customer relationships

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Lead motivate and coach a team of sales representatives
• Set targets monitor performance and provide feedback to team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company objectives

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales field
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
• In-depth knowledge of market trends competitor analysis and customer needs
• Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision making
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
