Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative internship is a role based in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area, with in-person, hybrid, and remote opportunities available. Interns present and promote CUTCO® products to prospective customers through scheduled appointments, demonstrations, and follow-up communications. Tasks include reaching out to leads, explaining product benefits, answering customer questions, and processing orders in a professional and ethical manner.

Interns develop transferable skills in communication, customer engagement, and basic business operations.

NO MINIMUM QUOTA HOUR REQUIREMENTS;
Great for students and other demographics in need of hightly flexible schedules. You make your own schedule every day/week.

All qualifications will be developed in training and on the job. The only non-negotiable requirement is the age verification.

• Candidates should possess skills, such as building rapport, responding to questions, and supporting a positive customer experience.
• Candidates should possess an openness to learning, following structured coaching, and applying marketing strategies.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include reliability, time management, goal orientation, and comfort working in both in-person and remote settings.
• No prior sales experience required; previous experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or campus leadership is a plus.
• Must be 18+ or 17 and graduated.
