Lead Management & Sales Engagement Support- Master Lead Strategy:
Manage the triage and routing processes that ensure our sales team never misses a beat. - Empower the Sales Engine:
Partner with SDRs and AEs to ensure marketing-generated leads flow seamlessly through the funnel. - Monitor lead flow and elevate routing issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate lead records and ensure adherence to established processes.
- Assist Sales leaders with creation of lead and contact lists and reports to support SDR outbound activity
- Assist Sales leaders with creation of sequences in Outreach.io
- Become a CRM Expert:
Take ownership of Salesforce data quality, resolving complex records and maintaining the integrity of our prospect database. - Maintain accurate customer and prospect records, including creating, updating, merging, and reactivating records as needed.
- Maintain CRM data quality through ongoing data cleanup and record maintenance.
- Assist with duplicate management and account hierarchy updates.
- Support user requests related to accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- Follow documented processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Drive Sales Engagement:
Troubleshoot and optimize Outreach workflows, helping the team leverage technology to close more deals. - Monitor Salesforce and Outreach data synchronization and elevate issues when necessary.
- Help maintain data quality within Outreach.
- Support user adoption of established prospecting and engagement processes.
- Strategic
Collaboration:
Partner with Account Management to execute complex account consolidations and mergers. - Execute established procedures to maintain accurate customer records and account structures.
- Ensure changes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support user onboarding activities related to Salesforce and Outreach.
- Assist with maintaining process documentation and knowledge base resources.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or other CRM and sales technology platforms.
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, account management, or operations teams.
- Familiarity with data management and business process workflows.
- Leads are routed accurately and on time.
- Salesforce records remain clean and well-maintained.
- User support requests are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Customer account changes are completed accurately.
- Documentation remains current and easy to follow.
