Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Remote & Territory Based

The MSL serves as a trusted scientific expert and partner in the medical community, providing advanced scientific exchange, supporting evidence generation, and influencing medical affairs strategy.

• Drive high impact scientific initiatives with academic centers, clinical systems, and diabetes networks.
• Plan and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Mentor colleagues and shape evidence generation priorities.
• Communicate clinical insights and scientific information at conferences and meetings.
• Support investigator-initiated trials and sponsor research projects.
• Generate high‑value field insights to inform strategic planning.
• Maintain compliance and documentation excellence.

• PhD, PharmD, MD/DO, or equivalent; 4+ years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with KOL development and territory management.
• U.S. employment authorization; right to work in the United States.

• Field‑based role with 60‑80% travel; hybrid remote options possible.
• Positions located in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, and other U.S. territories.

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
