• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities while assigned to an armed post.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, teller areas, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual or suspicious behavior; help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive conduct through visible presence and verbal engagement.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinate with site leadership and/or public emergency responders as directed, and document actions taken.
• Complete required reports such as incident reports and patrol activity logs, and maintain required equipment checks in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific procedures.

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Have 1+ years’ law enforcement experience or 2+ years’ security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years’ security experience.
• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
