Armed Flex Guard - Bank

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities while assigned to an armed post.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, teller areas, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual or suspicious behavior; help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive conduct through visible presence and verbal engagement.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinate with site leadership and/or public emergency responders as directed, and document actions taken.;
Complete required reports such as incident reports and patrol activity logs, and maintain required equipment checks in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
