• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols through interior and perimeter areas to deter unwanted activity and observe any unusual situations.
• Document and report security‑related incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local authorities during incidents and emergency situations.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with site access per established protocols.
• Support a secure environment by maintaining visibility and providing a security‑related presence throughout the assigned government location.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years (or 18 for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Valid guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required only for driving positions.
