Duties & Responsibilities
- Deputy Program Manager will lead daily operations across various disciplines, including, but not limited to the Security Screening Operations Center (SSOC), Visitor Processing, and access control at various Washington, D.C. locations.
- Ensure full compliance with client standards, contractual deliverables, and established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deputy Program Manager will provide on-shift supervision and respond to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within required timelines.
- Oversee SSOC, Visitor Processing, and street-level posts, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and schedule coordination.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), badge accountability, and timeliness standards.
- Deputy Program Manager will prepare and manage weekly status reports and monthly workforce reports, and implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and corrective actions as required.
- Deputy Program Manager will serve as a floater to backfill and support critical posts to maintain uninterrupted operations.

The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will have the:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a client specific adjudication.
- Knowledge of security operations, access control, and visitor management systems within a high-security or federal facility environment.
- Skill in providing on-site leadership, guidance, and supervision to security personnel while ensuring compliance with client standards and operational requirements.
- Skill in coordinating with client representatives and internal leadership to resolve operational issues and support mission success.
- Skill in providing excellent customer service and effectively managing schedules to support operational requirements.
- Ability to maintain situational awareness, ensure proper system use and accountability, and respond effectively to operational or security-related incidents.
- Must be a US

- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in a security or access control environment.
- Demonstrated experience with access control and visitor management systems, including:

- HS Diploma, or equivalent
