Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter zones;
Monitor access points and visitor activity to help support authorized entry, protect privacy-sensitive areas, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy concerns;
Assist with security-related checks of doors, gates, lighting, and other site conditions, and report hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed
