Security Armed Professional Flex Officer

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Armed Professional Flex Officer to protect client people, property, and assets across varied sites. In this role, you will conduct foot and vehicle patrols, control access, monitor CCTV and alarms, respond to incidents, and enforce site policies. Flex Officers support multiple locations and shifts, adapting quickly to different environments and client needs. You will complete detailed incident reports, interact professionally with the public and client staff, and follow strict safety and use-of-force protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform armed security patrols of client sites on foot and by vehicle
• Control access, verify credentials, and monitor entrances and exits
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems and respond to alerts
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and follow use-of-force policies
• Write clear incident and activity reports and maintain logs
• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures
• Adapt to changing assignments, sites, and shifts as a Flex Officer
