Experienced Roofer; Repair and Maintenance

Overview

As a Roofing Replacement or Repair Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and representing the Guardian brand. You will interact with customers, providing exceptional service and care for their project while adhering to Guardian policy. The Roofing Repair/Maintenance Technician handles the full reconstruction of a roof as well as repairs identified by clients, working collectively as a team.

• Inspect customers’ homes and diagnose issues with roofing systems
• Present findings to customers and educate on treatment requirements; answer follow-up questions about issues and services
• Provide excellent customer service experience to homeowners
• Become subject matter expert on Guardian’s warranty policies
• Demonstrated roofing experience
• Successful history of safety standard adherence
• Manage high-volume workload with competing and changing priorities
• Knowledge of residential roofing systems such as Composite, Shingle, Shake, Flat and Torch varieties
• Ability to work from heights on roofs exposed to the elements
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Residential or Commercial Roofing
• Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle record, and background check
• Excellent verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
• Ability to work independently and adhere to appointment schedules
• Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly, with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
• Ability to work well with others
• Work in accordance with job specifications and extensive safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

• Report daily to Guardian's Everett, WA branch and be dispatched to varying job sites throughout Snohomish County
• Monday – Friday; weekend availability as needed is highly preferred
• 6:30 am – finish

• Highly competitive base hourly rate of $24-30/hr DOE plus piece-rate pay
