Position Summary:
Are you a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced, field‑based environments? As an Installation Supervisor, you will lead daily installation operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. In this role, you’ll supervise installation crews, provide hands‑on support, and serve as the key link between field teams and project stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in driving quality, communication, and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement across installation operations.

- Supervise installation crews, providing daily direction, scheduling, and oversight
- Ensure all signs and graphics meet specifications for placement, quality, and safety
- Capture, document, and report change orders in real time to ensure revenue accuracy
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients, resolving issues and answering questions
- Conduct field audits to verify installation quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate with Project Managers to align work with timelines and budgets
- Support onboarding and training of installers and installation partners
- Manage timecards, scheduling, and performance feedback for field teams
- Track labor, materials, and job costs to maintain profitability
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
- Lead team meetings, job debriefs, and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide hands‑on installation support as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sign installation, graphics, or construction‑related fieldwork
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Level IV Master Sign Electrician license (or higher) required
- Strong knowledge of sign/graphic installation, vinyl application, and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret installation drawings, specifications, and work orders
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, lifts, and tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Prolonged standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Combination of office (planning, reporting) and field (installation oversight) work
- Work may include evenings, weekends, and overtime based on project timelines
- Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required.
- Up to 50% travel including overnight stays.
