Excavator operator

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Washington. The position is full‑time and offers a salary of $1,000 per month.

• Operate excavator and other heavy equipment according to job specifications and safety standards.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑operation inspections on equipment.
• Safely and efficiently dig trenches, ditches, foundations, and other excavation projects.
• Load and unload materials using the excavator.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate digging and grading.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance checks and reporting any issues.

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role.
• Ability to operate various types of excavators in different weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and depth perception.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Experience working on construction sites is a plus.
