Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems, structures and associated electrical, mechanical, environmental and utility equipment and distributions.
Required Qualifications:- Coursework/Training:
Mathematics, Mechanics, Electrical, Blueprint Reading. - Completion of recognized apprenticeship journeyman program; OR full journeyman status; OR extensive applicable work experience, Vocational training may be substituted for work experience in aspects of building construction, maintenance and repair preferably in a healthcare setting where the incumbent has gained skills in areas of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural systems.
- Basic Mechanical ability and aptitude.
