Job Description:

Hire Quest Northwest is seeking a Restoration General Laborer to join our team in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, cleanup, and general labor with an interest in the restoration industry. You will work closely with restoration technicians to assist in mitigating property damage and returning structures to their pre-loss condition.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cleaning and restoring residential and commercial properties after water, fire, or mold damage.
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and cleaning debris.
• Set up and operate restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Follow safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist in the demolition and removal of damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation.
• Provide support during remediation efforts, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
• Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with project supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, or restoration is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Everett area.
• Availability for after-hours emergency response may be required.
