Experienced Roofer; Replacement and Install

Job Type: Full-time

Our installers make $80,000 to over $150,000 yearly. $24–$30/hr based on experience, plus piece‑rate pay on all projects. Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance. 100% company‑paid accident & life insurance. Tool stipend for field employees. FSA and 401(k). $1,500 employee referral bonus.

Conduct residential roof repairs and/or replacements across the Snohomish County area. Work as part of a team and deliver quality results on every job.

• Complete roof replacements and/or repairs according to job scope
• Walk homeowners through findings
• Work individually or as part of a crew
• Follow safety and quality standards on every job

• 1+ year of roofing experience
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly and perform physical work (includes bending, climbing, kneeling)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
• Employment contingent on successful completions of pre‑employment drug test, physical, background check and MVR (for driving roles)

• Reports to Guardian Everett branch and dispatched to job sites throughout the Snohomish County
• Monday–Friday, 6:30am to finish
• Occasional weekend availability preferred
