Compensation begins between $22.00 and $27.00 per hour
, depending on experience. In addition to hourly pay, technicians have the opportunity to earn commissions, bonuses, and other performance incentives. Many team members earn $25.00-$40.00+ per hour

As a Residential Floor Care Technician, you’ll provide professional cleaning services for carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, and other flooring surfaces in customers’ homes. You’ll operate specialized equipment, inspect work areas, explain services to customers, maintain company equipment, and ensure every job is completed to our high‑quality standards.

Previous carpet or floor cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid, hands‑on training for motivated individuals.

Candidates with experience in construction, restoration, warehouse work, landscaping, moving, maintenance, HVAC, auto detailing, or other physically active roles are encouraged to apply.
