Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Walla Walla, WA

The Field Service Technician is the first line of response for NCR Voyix’s customers, providing rapid, effective installation, maintenance, and repair services for electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems.

• Perform customer installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls in an assigned territory.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues promptly, often before they arise.
• Adhere to rotating and weekend shift schedules, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times and some holiday coverage.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate status updates to customers and internal teams.

Hourly pay range: $18–$20 depending on location and experience. Overtime available at time and a half.

• 7 paid holidays and 6 paid floating holidays.
• Paid vacation – up to 80 hours in your first year.

$38,900.00 – $58,300.00

• Local candidate to the geographic area; authorized to work in the U.S.; at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• Proficiency in PC skills, basic electronic concepts, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with multi‑hour driving days.
• Capability to carry, lift, and manipulate tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs. unassisted and up to 150 lbs. with assistance; ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, and repetitively grasp objects of varying sizes.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• CompTIA A+ Certification, N+ Certification, or other related certifications.
• One or more years of related experience.
