As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel trucks and buses across multiple operating systems. We offer both shop and mobile service opportunities for motivated individuals who are committed to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on diesel trucks and buses
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on commercial vehicles
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, brakes, drive trains, hydraulics, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical systems
• Utilize diagnostic software, manuals, hand tools, and power tools to complete repairs efficiently
• Remove, replace, and repair vehicle components within established repair timelines
• Accurately document service repairs and maintenance records
• Operate mobile service equipment and respond to roadside service calls when needed
• Provide technical guidance and support to drivers and operators
• Maintain inventory levels and order parts and supplies as necessary
• Communicate effectively with team members using radios, hand signals, and verbal instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of diesel mechanic or heavy equipment maintenance experience
• Trade school education or mechanical/technical certifications are a plus
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) but not required
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, drive trains, and preventative maintenance
• Ability to read and write in English
• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on business demands
