General Laborer

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers for demolition restoration work. Requires wearing a respirator. We provide training and respirator.

This role involves a variety of physical tasks including demolition, packing, cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidates.

Pay: $27.00 per hour depending on certification and experience Weekly pay

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Day shift starting at 7:00 AM Up to 10-hour shifts

Job Duties:

• Perform heavy demolition and site prep
• Pack and move furniture, equipment, and materials
• General cleaning and debris removal
• Support project team as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
• Must be able to wear a mask or respirator
• Clean shaven- no facial hair
• Steel-toed boots required and some basic hand tools. Multi cut tools are helpful
• Must be dependable and able to follow directions

MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO THE JOBSITES- MOST JOBSITES LOCATED IN KING COUNTY

Background Check:

Must be able to pass a background check with no felony convictions

Position Details:

This position can work into a fulltime permanent placement for the right candidates. Can also be a great job for college students over the next several weeks. Great opportunity for someone willing to learn and work hard.
