Seatown, a leading fintech innovator, is seeking an HVAC Warranty Technician to support critical data center and office environments. In this hybrid IT-focused role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring uptime for high-availability financial software operations. Responsibilities include handling warranty claims, coordinating service with vendors, documenting maintenance activities in digital systems, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
You'll collaborate with facilities, IT, and operations teams, leveraging building management systems to optimize performance and reliability in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems supporting data centers and offices
- Process and manage HVAC warranty claims with manufacturers and vendors
- Perform preventive maintenance and document all activities in digital systems
- Monitor and adjust HVAC performance using building management systems
- Collaborate with IT, facilities, and operations to ensure environmental uptime
- Coordinate on-site service visits and supervise external contractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of parts, labor, and service histories
- Respond to urgent HVAC issues and participate in an on-call rotation
- Recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency
