Seatown, a leading fintech innovator, is seeking an HVAC Technician to support our HVAC Wholesale operations within the Engineering & Maintenance department. You will install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems that support our high-availability financial software infrastructure, ensuring optimal climate control for data rooms, offices, and warehouses. Working in a collaborative, inclusive culture, you will diagnose system issues, perform preventative maintenance, interpret technical drawings, and document all work.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, controls, and related components
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues using meters and diagnostic tools
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC systems supporting offices, warehouses, and tech spaces
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot thermostats, controls, and building automation interfaces
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards
  • Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts usage logs
  • Coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance and vendors on larger projects
  • Respond to urgent service calls and participate in on-call rotation as needed
