We are a well-established construction company based in Washington and we are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks, move materials around the job site, and assist with general construction duties.

• Operate loader and other heavy equipment according to safety regulations and company policies
• Load materials onto trucks and transport them around the job site
• Assist with general construction duties such as digging, back filling, and grading
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient operations and safety protocols are followed

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loader Operator in the construction industry
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
• Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, and bulldozers
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
