• - Conducting thorough safety checks and identifying potential hazards before starting work
• - Using specialized equipment and techniques to access hard-to-reach areas at various heights
• - Conducting building maintenance tasks such as painting, caulking and window cleaning
• - Completing inspections of structures for any damages or defects
• - Assisting with repairs and installations on industrial assets such as pipelines or communication towers
• - Maintaining accurate records of work performed and equipment used

• - Physically fit and comfortable working at heights of 100 feet or more
• - Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures strictly
• - Basic knowledge of industrial equipment such as ropes, harnesses and rigging gear
• - Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• - Ability to work independently or as part of a team

This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with additional benefits such as health insurance.
