Go events. We are seeking candidates in Chelan, Grant, Benton, and Yakima counties.
As a DOL2
Go Licensing Services Representative, you will bring services directly to residents across Washington through mobile licensing events.
- Oversee and supervise mobile licensing unit (DOL2
Go) events and coordinate the LSR
4. - Coordinate and administer licensing operations, mobile unit activities, including site security, staff scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance.
- Communicate with facilities, information services, and DOL2
Go Supervisors on all maintenance or equipment requests. - Ensure validity of customer qualifications for licensing issuance.
- Explain driver licensing programs, services, and regulations.
Experience and Skills:
- One (1) year of experience as a Licensing Services Representative or five (5) years issuing driver licenses or vehicle titles and registrations.
- One (1) year of experience responsibly handling the public’s money when processing financial transactions.
- One (1) year of experience as a lead, assigning, guiding, coaching and training teammates.
- Fluency in Spanish both verbally and in writing, and upon hire must maintain certification requirements for DOL standards.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Valid WA driver license and five (5) years of licensed driving experience; license must have no restrictions other than corrective lenses or ability to obtain one upon hire.
- Ability to type 40 wpm.
- Experience using Microsoft Word or Word Perfect.
- Successful completion of Enhanced Driver Licensing (EDL) training.
- Understand and follow agency values of respect, trust, diversity, equity, and inclusion and promote inclusive workplace and customer service.
- Verified reliability and malfeasance check for previous five years of employment.
- Pre-employment check including criminal record history will be conducted; background check may not preclude employment but will be considered.
- Fingerprint-based criminal history background check required.
