Position Summary:

The Social Work Case Manager oversees all parenting functions within the assigned program, as outlined in program manuals. Responsibilities include working with DCYF and attorneys for clients involved in custody matters, creating, executing, and documenting personalized parenting plans based on assessed parent and child requirements, delivering parent education, and fostering a conducive environment for parenting in collaboration with the Child Care Program Director, Sr.

Director of Operations, Clinical Supervisor, and Outpatient Services & Quality Director.
